Grand Junction, CO – The loss of Ballot Measure 4A, also known as the 2019 Bond Measure, has raised plenty of questions. Will Grand Junction High School ever be replaced? How can a project like that be funded? What repairs should or can be done with the $5 million earmarked for GJHS in the 2017 Bond Measure? Will the School Board return with a different bond measure question in the years to come?

School District 51 finance, security, maintenance, construction, and education experts will be available to help answer your post-4A questions, sort through the facts and myths you may have heard about funding mechanisms, and discuss your ideas for successfully replacing Grand Junction High School during a Facebook Live Q&A on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2019.

The Q&A will begin at 5:30 p.m. live on the district’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/schooldistrict51.
